Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your CreateBase subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@createbase.com.
Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual subscription period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of that period. Your subscription will not be renewed for the following year.
No Pro-Rata Credits
Please note that we do not offer pro-rata account credits for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle. Once a subscription period has been paid for, you will retain access for the duration of that period, regardless of when you choose to cancel.

Data Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data before your account is permanently deleted. We recommend downloading any important projects or data before your subscription expires.
