Account Credit Policy

CreateBase operates on an account credit system rather than traditional cash refunds. We offer account credits within 7 days of subscription purchase under specific technical circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Credit Conditions
Account credits are available ONLY in the following situations:
- Severe technical issues: Problems that render the platform unusable for its intended purpose
- Critical bugs: Software defects that prevent access to core features
- Account access issues: Inability to access your account due to technical problems on our end
Non-Credit Situations
The following circumstances are not eligible for account credits:
- Minor performance concerns (e.g., slow loading times, occasional delays)
- Compatibility issues with third-party integrations
- Changes of mind or dissatisfaction with non-essential features
- Inability to achieve desired outcomes or results
- Subscriptions purchased by mistake (please contact support for assistance)
- Partial usage of subscription period (we do not offer prorated credits)
Credit Request Process
To request account credit:
- Contact our support team via email at support@createbase.com within 7 days of your subscription purchase
- Provide the following information:
- Your account email and subscription details
- Detailed description of the technical issue
- Screenshots or screen recording demonstrating the problem
- Browser/device information and any error messages
- Allow our team to investigate - We may request additional information or provide troubleshooting steps
- Credit processing - Approved credits will be added to your account within 5-7 business days and can be used toward future subscriptions
Important Notes
- Account credits are only available for the most recent subscription payment
- We do not offer prorated credits for partially used subscription periods
- Account credits can be used toward future CreateBase subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, even if you are not eligible for account credit
- We reserve the right to investigate all credit requests
- Fraudulent credit requests may result in account suspension
- CreateBase does not provide cash refunds - all credits remain within your CreateBase account
Our goal is to ensure CreateBase works as promised. If we fall short due to a technical issue, we'll make it right.
