Accessibility Statement

The Cur8 Group Corp. (“CreateBase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website (createbase.com) and our app (app.createbase.com).

In plain English: We are working to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We know about some issues and are fixing them. If something on our site or app is hard for you to use, email us and we will help.

1. Our Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We check our pages with automated accessibility tools and fix the problems we find.

2. Known Issues We Are Fixing

Some text on our website, including certain labels and the date line on our legal pages, does not have enough color contrast.
In our app, one icon-only button does not yet have a text label for screen readers.
In our app, some badges and buttons do not have enough color contrast.

Automated tools do not catch every issue, so there may be others we have not found yet.

3. Third-Party Content

Some parts of our app are provided by other companies, such as the payment form (Stripe), bank connection (Plaid), and tax forms (Track1099). We cannot fully control their accessibility, but we will help you complete these steps another way if you run into a barrier.
